PHONE HACKING, MEDIA ABUSE & THE DANIEL MORGAN MURDER
As a victim of Phone Hacking, Unlawful Information Gathering, Defamatory Media Lies & other wholly illegal actions carried out on and towards me by the likes of Former Rupert Murdoch Journalist for The News of the World and Sun on Sunday, The Fake Sheik Mazher Mahmood I was most interested to see the announcement that British Television Channel ITV have made a Seven Part Drama Series entitled “The Hack” to be first broadcast in 2025.

Set between 2002 and 2012, the 7-part drama series deftly interweaves two real life stories, the work of investigative journalist Nick Davies, played by David Tennant, who uncovered evidence of phone hacking at the News of the World, and running parallel, the story of the investigation into the unsolved murder of private investigator Daniel Morgan, led by former Met Police Detective Chief Superintendent Dave Cook, played by Robert Carlyle. Toby Jones plays former Editor-in Chief of The Guardian, Alan Rusbridger.
